How claiming works
Rate songs, earn claims, and spend them to claim songs before everyone else. Each claim gives you a card with a numbered position on that song's ladder.
Rate songs to earn claims
Give a song a score from 1 to 10. Every 5 new ratings earn you a claim, up to 6 claims a day, or 12 with Premium. A rating saved with a claim doesn't count toward the 5. Earned claims come from rating and are never bought.
Claims reset at 12 AM ET and 12 PM ET
Half of the day's claims unlock at 12 AM ET and the rest at 12 PM ET. Earned claims you don't use are cleared at 12 AM ET, but your progress toward the next claim carries over.
Claim a song
Spend a claim on a song you've rated, or rate it as you claim. Our server records the order, so your position is exact and never random: #1 is the First Press, then Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. You can hold one card of each song. Cards below #1 also get a random finish, like Foil or Holographic, and the odds are in our Terms.
Bonus claims
Bonus claims are extra claims for when your earned claims run out or you reach the limit until the next reset. Buy them in the Shop with credits, in packs of 1, 3 or 5, up to 20 a week, or 40 with Premium. The weekly limit resets Sunday at 12 AM ET. Bonus claims don't reset each day, and one is only used when a claim goes through.
Claim Rewards
When someone else rates a song you hold for the first time, you earn 1 credit. A rating saved with a claim doesn't pay, and a changed rating doesn't pay again. Claim Rewards show up in Activity, under Earnings.
Trading
You can trade cards with other collectors in the app, or auction a card for credits. A traded card keeps its position, tier and finish.
