How it works

the moment
matters

notabl turns a song release into a window. you either close it first, or you close it late. either way, you're on the record.

01 · the drop

When an artist you follow releases a new song, notabl opens a 30-minute window. The first person in claims First Press. Everyone else falls into line behind them.

02 · the claim

A claim is your record of being there. It locks your tier, your position, and your timestamp. You can't undo it. You can't trade it. It's yours.

03 · the tier

First Press, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze. Tiers fill in order. The earlier you claim, the rarer the tier. Most people will never see a First Press.

04 · the shelf

Every claim, rating, and review lands on your shelf. Album completion lights up when you've collected the full tracklist. Your shelf is the cumulative record of your taste.

05 · the social

Follow people whose taste you respect. See what they're claiming, what they're rating, what they're missing. Talk about songs without the algorithm picking the conversation.
